PACS 113: Fundamentals of Politics

This course discuses basic ideas about politics and introduces students to the core concepts of political science. By exposing students to the major theories of political science, it helps develop insights and analytical ability to critically think about the ‘state’ and the ‘society’ which are the central focus of Peace and Conflict Studies. Students learn fundamental knowledge about politics and political science and implicate those to their practical learning in peace studies.
